Shipping policy
Most in-stock items ship with 10-15 business days; however, some custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to complete. If need to place a rush order, please contact us in advance to determine if the item can ship right away. We are a small company and may not be able to accommodate rush orders at every time of year.
Orders placed with us at in-person events will ship according to our holiday shipping policy below. If you placed an order with us at an in-person event, you received a copy of this policy at the register.
Holiday Shipping Policy (applies to all orders placed in person or online from October 15th through December 15th):
Thank you for placing your order with Mommy Made It! We are a family-run business, so we begin shipping all orders December 1st when our “shipping department” (Megan and I) return from our many, out of town, Jr. League shows. It usually takes us 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to box and ship all of our orders. Everything ships USPS Priority Mail or FedEx by the Christmas delivery deadline with a tracking number, so that we can verify that each item has been delivered. If you gave us your e-mail address, you will receive your tracking number directly from FedEx or USPS.
